10 Oct French Speaking Customer Services Executive
Our client, a forward-thinking leader of within its industry, is seeking a customer services executive to support its customer services team. Your role will be to deliver a high level of customer service support to their global customers, with a particular focus on customers in both France and other French-speaking countries.
As such, you will need to be fluent in both French and English, and be comfortable using both languages in a business setting.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to, dealing with internal and external customers, responding to all customer services requests, processing of customer orders and advising on the company’s products to customers and resolving any complaints.
You will also assist with data analysis, administrative work and provide support to clients when helping them use the product.
